Leon’s First 2 Post Lift Install at Concept Garage Equipment

We’re pleased to share the first installation completed by our newest vehicle lift engineer, Leon Snart. This not only highlights another successful Concept Garage Equipment lift installation, but also gives us the perfect opportunity to properly introduce Leon and his background.

Meet Leon, Our New Vehicle Lift Engineer

Leon joined Concept Garage Equipment with a strong background in both mechanical work and garage equipment engineering.

Before entering the garage equipment industry, Leon worked as a mechanic, which gave him hands-on experience with workshop environments and vehicle servicing.

Leon has been working in the garage equipment industry since 2016, building extensive experience across several well-known companies:

• Hofmann Megaplan for 2 years.
• Tecalemit for approximately 4 and a half years.
• ISN Europe for just under 3 years.

Now at Concept Garage Equipment, Leon is already part of the winning team in a great garage equipment company.

Leon’s First 2 Post Lift Installation

This 2 post lift installation was completed for a farming company in Malton looking to maintain and service their own vehicles in-house.

Leon carried out the full installation of the Concept C42E 2 post lift, including:

• The secure installation of the 2 post lift.
• Full function testing to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Customer training, covering correct and safe use of the vehicle lift.

All tests were completed successfully, and the lift was signed off as fully operational.

As with many real-world installations, not everything goes perfectly to plan. The installation took longer than expected due to an issue with the SDS drill that was used to drill the floor. Despite this challenge, Leon completed the job to Concept’s standards. A reminder that experience, patience and problem-solving are key parts of any professional garage equipment installation.
