⭐ 1 Star — Not recommended Very disappointing experience with Concept Garages. * Staff disappearing and emails/calls regularly going unanswered. * MOT layout supplied was against basic DVSA requirements. * Equipment delivery took around 2 months despite being promised within 2 weeks when payment was taken. * Work was carried out by contractors, with poor communication and no clear accountability. * MOT approval process has taken an extremely long time. * No responsibility taken for incorrect installation or calibration. * Shannon disappeared, Gary disappeared, and the owner, Andy, has refused to take responsibility. * Andy repeatedly talks about having 30 years’ experience, yet the MOT layout supplied was fundamentally wrong and has cost me around £20,000 in additional costs. * More than 6 months later, my MOT station still has not started. Overall, a very frustrating and expensive experience. I would not recommend Concept Garages.

    Had a issue with a lift dez came round Knew exactly what he was doing popped out to get a new pipe made and was back with in the hour to fit it and sorted the ramp Thank you
