Delivery Policy for Concept GE Limited
The below constitutes the Concept Garage Equipment delivery policy and terms of service.
Free Delivery on All Orders
All products on the Concept Garage Equipment website are priced to include delivery, with very few exceptions, where stated either on a product listing or within the Delivery Locations section below.
If you are unsure whether your location or purchase is covered by our free delivery policy, please give us a call on 0113 469 0572, as we will do everything we can to make delivery hassle-free and affordable for every customer.
Standard Dispatch
Goods purchased from Concept Garage Equipment are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days however you will be contacted if this is otherwise, and contact will always be made for larger equipment purchases to ensure address and delivery location details are correct and to inform you of any prior requirements such as entry door size or floor depth for lift installation for example.
If you refuse delivery of goods, without prior notice to Concept Garage Equipment then returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Delivery Locations
Prices quoted for delivery and installation on our website are to an England postcodes, locations outside of England including some areas of Scotland & Wales may incur additional delivery costs, and you may be contacted following an online purchase regarding these costs, otherwise please call us on 0113 469 0572 for more information if you require before proceeding with your purchase.
If you are located outside the mainland UK please contact us for a delivery quote. Some very large items such as lifting equipment and commercial vehicle tyre changers will incur an extra delivery charge.
This delivery policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy for Concept GE Limited
The below constitutes the Concept Garage Equipment returns policy and terms of service.
Goods may be returned to Concept Garage Equipment (some exceptions may apply) within 14 days of dispatch from our suppliers, this must be accompanied with your original order or invoice so that we can match the products to the original payment and issue a refund in due course. Goods returned to us without suitable documentation will not be accepted and no refund will be issued in these circumstances.
If you refuse delivery of goods, without prior notice to Concept Garage Equipment then returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Refunds will be processed only when the product has been returned unopened, unused and in its original state and packaging at the point of receiving the goods.
Should the product be opened, used or damaged in any way then no refund will be offered in any circumstances.
20% will be calculated by way of the product cost including VAT as stated on your original invoice or online order confirmation that you have been supplied with.
Faulty Goods
Any garage equipment, tools or other goods received in a faulty condition must be reported to Concept Garage Equipment and evidence taken at the time of receipt of goods, please call us as we take these instances very seriously and work closely with both our suppliers, delivery partners and engineers to ensure seamless delivery and no damage to goods.
If garage equipment, tools or other goods are found to be delivered in an unsatisfactory condition through no fault of you, the customer, then a no-quibble full refund or replacement will be offered.
If goods are proven by Concept Garage Equipment or a manufacturer to be not faulty or unsatisfactory or are faulty due to negligence on your behalf then carriage/collection costs will not be refunded. A replacement will be offered at your cost.
Customer Negligence
If garage equipment, tools or other goods are found to be damaged either upon receipt or following installation, due to customer negligence, if goods were ordered in error, or if you, the customer changed your mind following your order of this garage equipment then no refund or replacement would be offered, however, please call us in this instance and we will do our best to come to a mutually agreeable resolution to this issue, however, some administration and delivery fees may apply at the discretion of Concept Garage Equipment.
Any goods lost, stolen or damaged whilst in transit back to Concept Garage Equipment will be the responsibility of the customer, so please ensure secure and reliable services are used for any returns, we can advise and help with this if required.
