Thorough Testing for Complete Peace of Mind

Before the handover, both 2 post lifts underwent comprehensive testing procedures. Vehicles were safely raised and lowered to verify smooth operation and overall performance.

As with every installation undertaken by Concept Garage Equipment, safety and compliance were prioritised throughout the process. All post anchor bolts were installed and torqued to between 120–140Nm to ensure maximum stability and long-term performance.

Following installation, Enviro Repair was advised to periodically inspect and re-check the anchor bolt torque, maintaining a minimum torque setting of 120Nm as part of ongoing workshop maintenance best practices.
