2 Post Lift Installation

Niccotech Limited chose the REDATS L-240 2 post lift as it is a robust lifting system capable of servicing a wide range of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

We positioned the lift in the agreed location within the workshop and carried out a full installation in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

As part of the installation process:

• All anchor bolts were installed and torqued between 120-140Nm
• The lift was fully tested under load using a vehicle
• Operational and safety checks were completed
• A full demonstration was provided to the customer
• Maintenance requirements were explained

This process ensures the equipment is ready for immediate use while giving workshop staff the confidence to operate it safely and effectively.
