We recently completed the installation of a truck tyre changer for ADR UK Tyremart Ltd at their site in Long Bennington, Newark.

This installation provides them with a robust tyre machine capable of handling large truck and commercial vehicle wheels with ease.

Our experienced engineer installed a REDATS MT-56 Truck Tyre Changer. This machine offers impressive capabilities for handling large and heavy wheels.

The machine was set up, and all its modes were tested. At the customer’s request, the machine was not permanently bolted to the floor, as the final workshop layout is still being reviewed. This allows flexibility for repositioning before the equipment reaches its permanent location.

As ADR UK Tyremart Ltd already operates a commercial tyre changer on site, the team was familiar with the machine’s operation. Following successful testing, the machine was handed over and ready to support the workshop’s day-to-day commercial tyre operations.
