Installation of Two C42E 2 Post Lifts for AA Tyres & Auto Centre Ltd

Our latest project took us to Halifax, to provide high-quality garage equipment to AA Tyres & Auto Centre Ltd. They required two 2 post lifts and we were happy to help supply and install them.

Garage Equipment Installation

Our skilled engineers Luke and Leon attended AA Tyres & Auto Centre Ltd’s site to complete the full installation of two 3 phase C42E 2 post lifts.

From initial setup to final testing, the installation was completed efficiently and to the highest safety standards, ensuring the equipment was fit for use.

Accurate 2 Post Lift Positioning

To ensure the vehicle lifts worked seamlessly within the workshop layout, the customer chose the final positioning of both lifts, and we checked that these were within DVSA guidelines before the installation started. The collaborative approach allowed AA Tyres & Auto Centre Ltd to optimise workflow whilst ensuring safety and correct spacing.

Precision Installation & Safety Checks

As part of the installation process:

• Floor bolts were securely torqued to 200Nm
• All fixings and connections were throughly checked
• Each lift was tested with a vehicle to confirm safe and correct operation

These steps ensure long-term reliability and compliance with industry safety standards.
