Vehicle Lift Install for Anker Service Station

Vehicle Lift Installations

We installed two vehicle lifts, including a 2 post lift and a scissor lift. Both lifts were delivered to the site and installed in close collaboration with the customer to ensure optimal positioning within the workshop.

2 Post Lift Installation:

The Redats L205 3 phase 2 post lift was installed in the agreed position, ensuring maximum usability within the workshop. Once in place:

• The lift was fully tested with a vehicle to confirm stability and operation
• Floor bolts were torqued to 100Nm
• The customer was advised to periodically check bolt torgue to maintain safety standards

Scissor Lift Installation:

The EAE EE-6501V3 scissor lift was also installed exactly as planned with the customer. Following installation:

• The lift was tested with a vehicle
• Post bolts were torqued to 140Nm
• Ongoing maintenance advice was provided, including periodic bolt checks

The customer’s electrician completed the final electrical connections, ensuring everything was compliant and ready for use.
