2 Post Lift Installation

Concept Garage Equipment supplied and installed a 5 Tonne C52E 2 post lift with Automatic Release, powered by a 1-phase electrical supply. The lift was installed in the position agreed with the customer, ensuring it was ready to become an integral part of Zenith Commercial’s vehicle service operation.

Following installation, the lift was thoroughly tested both with a vehicle on the lift and with the vehicle disconnected, helping to confirm that the equipment was operating correctly.

All anchor bolts were torqued to between 180–190Nm, and the customer was advised to check the bolts periodically as part of ongoing lift maintenance.

The workshop floor slopes slightly from the power post towards the slave post. As a result, the middle under tray was left off because it would not sit flush with the floor. This was taken into consideration during the installation to ensure the lift was positioned correctly.
