Installing Vehicle Lifting Equipment

With the business expanding into new premises, our trusted engineers Daz, Luke and Callum were on site to equip the new garage workshop with a comprehensive range of professional vehicle lifts.

For the workshop expansion, Concept Garage Equipment supplied three 5-tonne C52E 2 post lifts with automatic release, providing the lifting capacity and flexibility required for professional vehicle servicing and repair.

We also installed two scissor lifts: two 3.5-tonne full-rise units, alongside the required run-up ramps. These lifts provide excellent access for a wide range of workshop applications, while maximising the available floor space.

A Professional Installation from Start to Finish

As part of the project, the team also removed three existing 2 post lifts from the customer’s other unit and carefully reinstalled them at the new premises, helping Burton MOT & Tyre Centre maximise its existing equipment investment. Each lift was tested with vehicles following installation to ensure everything was operating correctly.

The project demonstrates how the right combination of 2 post lift and scissor lift equipment can help a growing garage workshop increase capacity and improve workflow.

Wheel alignment equipment was also installed by Absolute Alignment, with ramps scheduled for completion as part of the wider development.
