Empire MOT is a new MOT business based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
Owner Usman knew he wanted to set up a garage or MOT bay but didn’t know where to start, having no past experience doing this.
Thankfully he found Concept Garage Equipment, and we could take his dream business from Concept to completion, removing the headache of setting up the Class IV MOT Bay so he could focus on the other aspects of setting up the company, staffing etc.

Having just taken over the empty unit, we were approached by Usman at Empire MOT to assist in supplying, Project Managing and installing a new Class IV ATL MOT test lane.
After completing a site visit our MOT Project Manager Andy Davidson advised on the best possible layout and the most cost-effective way to achieve this.
Andy did initial measurements, then quotation, through to working with Tecalemit to supply the MOT bay and other garage equipment needed.
Sharon, our operations manager at Concept Garage Equipment completed the VT01 Application and obtained approval from DVSA.
Installation of the MOT Bay was coordinated with TCS Garage Equipment and Concept Garage Equipment completed the Project Management of the MOT bay to the point of opening its doors.

All MOT equipment was installed quickly and this MOT Bay is already earning a good profit for Usman and his new MOT business.
