This Hofmann Megaplan megamount 613 tyre machine is an extra heavy-duty, strong and reliable specifically designed for busy tyre shops and main dealers, described as “super-automatic” this tyre-changing machine has a unique Tapered Turret for extra rigidity, a Robotic 3-way Assist Arm and Ergonomically Located Bead Breaker Pedal for easy reach, this tyre machine is suitable for bead breaking on up to 15″ rims and changing vehicle tyres up to 26″.
This premium tyre changer from industry experts Hofmann Megaplan comes complete with a 4-cylinder turntable and the unique robotic 3 Assist Arm which is A 3-way robotic assist arm which provides a static roller for the upper bead, another one for the lower bead, and a travelling arm to give every assistance possible to help fit the tyre with ease, including alloy rims, low profile and WDK approved for use with run-flat tyres.
The 613 Racing tyre changers come as standard with Hofmann Megaplan’s infamous Quadraclamp system, which uses 4 clamping cylinders where everybody else is using 2, resulting in more powerful clamping, distributed evenly, with consistent pressure through all 4 jaws.
The ergonomic design features abound on this tyre-changing machine including a lowered turntable and bead breaker pedal that has been relocated for ease of operation
