CLASS 4 MOT BAYS
At Concept Garage Equipment we understand that space may be limited, or you may have ample space either way your dedicated project manager will advise you on the best most cost-effective way to install your new MOT equipment. We have a wealth of experience within the MOT industry giving you the confidence that what you need can be done the right way.
You may not have the height required for DVSA regulations or the length you need to install an MOT bay but don’t worry if there is a way, we will find it for you. MOT bays come in many configurations such as pit style if height is an issue or four post lift or even a scissor lift if the width is a problem. They can also be installed within a recess or surface mounted. You may be looking for an OPTL (One Person Test Lane) or ATL (Automated Test Lane) or even a TPTL (Two-person Test Lane). Whatever you need we have it for you.
There are many ways to lay out an MOT bay. That may be inline, side by side or even drive-through. We will find the best most cost-effective option for you to retain as much space as possible for other equipment like tyre changers or wheel balancers making your garage or workshop as profitable as possible.
All our MOT bay packages come with free on-site measuring, design, and project management from your dedicated project manager. All our equipment is European-made and installed by our trained and experienced installation engineers who will give you all the on-site training you need once your equipment is installed. Leaving you confident in using your new MOT equipment.
We also offer an extensive industry-leading aftersales service. Our job doesn’t end when your installation is complete, and you are signed off by DVSA. We are with you every step of the way up to and way beyond installation. If you need any help or advice, we will be right by your side.
Our Class 4 MOT Bay covers all you need for MOT testing on three and four-wheel vehicles including cars, motor caravans, taxis and goods vehicles (up to 3,000kg design gross weight), including an ATL ramp, roller brake tester and headlamp beam tester.
